Surah Al-Insyiqaq

Daftar Surah

Iżas-samā'unsyaqqat.
[1] When the sky has split [open]

Wa ażinat lirabbihā wa ḥuqqat.
[2] And has responded to its Lord and was obligated [to do so]

Wa iẓal-arḍu muddat.
[3] And when the earth has been extended

Wa alqat mā fīhā wa takhallat.
[4] And has cast out that within it and relinquished [it]

Wa ażinat lirabbihā wa ḥuqqat.
[5] And has responded to its Lord and was obligated [to do so] -

Yā ayyuhal-insānu innaka kādiḥun ilā rabbika kadḥan fa mulāqīh(i).
[6] O mankind, indeed you are laboring toward your Lord with [great] exertion and will meet it.

Fa ammā man ūtiya kitābahū biyamīnih(ī).
[7] Then as for he who is given his record in his right hand,

Fa saufa yuḥāsabu ḥisābay yasīrā(n).
[8] He will be judged with an easy account

Wa yanqalibu ilā ahlihī masrūrā(n).
[9] And return to his people in happiness.

Wa ammā man ūtiya kitābahū warā'a ẓahrih(ī).
[10] But as for he who is given his record behind his back,

Fa saufa yad‘ū ṡubūrā(n).
[11] He will cry out for destruction

Wa yaṣlā sa‘īrā(n).
[12] And [enter to] burn in a Blaze.

Innahū kāna fī ahlihī masrūrā(n).
[13] Indeed, he had [once] been among his people in happiness;

Innahū ẓanna allay yaḥūr(a).
[14] Indeed, he had thought he would never return [to Allah].

Balā, inna rabbahū kāna bihī baṣīrā(n).
[15] But yes! Indeed, his Lord was ever of him, Seeing.

Falā uqsimu bisy-syafaq(i).
[16] So I swear by the twilight glow

Wal-laili wa mā wasaq(a).
[17] And [by] the night and what it envelops

Wal-qamari iżattasaq(a).
[18] And [by] the moon when it becomes full

Latarkabunna ṭabaqan ‘an ṭabaq(in).
[19] [That] you will surely experience state after state.

Famā lahum lā yu'minūn(a).
[20] So what is [the matter] with them [that] they do not believe,

Wa iżā quri'a ‘alaihimul-qur'ānu lā yasjudūn(a).
[21] And when the Qur'an is recited to them, they do not prostrate [to Allah]?

Balil-lażīna kafarū yukażżibūn(a).
[22] But those who have disbelieved deny,

Wallāhu a‘lamu bimā yū‘ūn(a).
[23] And Allah is most knowing of what they keep within themselves.

Fa basysyirhum bi‘ażābin alīm(in).
[24] So give them tidings of a painful punishment,

Illal-lażīna āmanū wa ‘amiluṣ-ṣāliḥāti lahum ajrun gairu mamnūn(in).
[25] Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds. For them is a reward uninterrupted.
